Alkaline detergent with a very good cleaning effect towards proteins, grease and soil that have been varmed up. Used in breweries to CIP cleaning of yeast tanks and bottle washing.
Also used in the food industry for removal of grease and oil. For example cleaning of smoke oven, manufacturing of margarine, boil out of deep friers and spray cleaning on stainless surfaces.
